1. Booking and Confirmation:

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking

2. Payment:

The remaining 80% of the tour cost is due 14 days prior to the tours commencement. Failure to make the full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

If you wish to cancel your tour, you must notify us in writing. The deposit is non-refundable.

4. Changes to Itinerary:

We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, etc.). We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of such changes.

5. Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and luggage loss or damage.

6. Health and Safety:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the tour. You must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and adhere to local laws and regulations.

7. Liability:

We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense that may occur during the tour. You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participating in the tour.

8. Travel Documents:

You are responsible for obtaining and ensuring the validity of all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations.

9. Privacy:

We will collect and store personal information for the purpose of providing tour services. We will not share this information with third parties without your consent.

10. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to [Jurisdiction]'s laws and handled through mediation or arbitration, as mutually agreed upon.
